Processing & Tracking
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12PM CST on a business day are typically shipped the same day.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — you'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through USPS or UPS using the link in that email.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes. We ship nationally across the entire USA including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, reach out to us at our contact page and we'll sort it out. We stand behind every order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original condition. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll replace it at no cost.
What is NOT covered by returns?
Returns are not applicable for items damaged during installation or as a result of incorrect installation. Once a decal or vinyl wrap has been applied, it is considered used and cannot be returned. We strongly recommend reviewing our installation guides before applying your product. If you need help, contact us before you install.
How do I start a return?
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and get back to you within 1 business day.
