Our founder, a lifelong truck guy from outside of Nashville, spent three weeks trying to find an officially licensed F-150 Raptor stripe kit online. What he found instead was page after page of Amazon knockoffs with wrong colors, bad cuts, and zero authenticity.
He knew there had to be a better way. So he reached out directly to Ford Motor Company's licensing division. Two years of paperwork, factory audits, and product development later, Dirty South Customs was born.
Today we hold active licenses with 12+ OEM manufacturers and ship to all 50 states. Every product still gets the same treatment it did in that Nashville garage: if it's not right, it doesn't ship.
How We Got Here
Founded in Nashville, TN after our founder couldn't find a single legitimate licensed vinyl kit for his F-150. First licensing inquiry sent to Ford Motor Company.
After two years of factory audits and quality reviews, we received our first official Ford Motor Company licensing agreement. First 12 products launched online.
Added Chevrolet, GMC, Dodge, RAM, and Jeep licensing. Expanded to a full fulfillment facility. First 1,000 orders shipped.
Expanded licensing to Japanese OEMs. Launched the vehicle-filter shopping experience to make finding your kit even easier.
Over 5,000 licensed kits shipped. Expanded product line to 200+ SKUs. Maintained a 4.9-star average across 2,000+ reviews.
