Notify MeYour Questions Answered
Are Dirty South Customs products officially licensed?
Yes, 100%. Every product we sell is covered by an active OEM manufacturer licensing agreement. We hold direct licenses from Ford Motor Company, General Motors (Chevrolet, GMC), and Stellantis (RAM, Jeep). Our licensing is renewed annually and subject to quality audits by each manufacturer.
Will unlicensed decals void my vehicle warranty?
Unlicensed graphics can create complications with warranty claims if they're improperly applied or damage the paint. Officially licensed products are vetted by the OEM and carry implicit endorsement from the manufacturer. We always recommend professional installation for warranty-sensitive applications.
How do I verify a product is officially licensed?
Every product page on our site displays the license status. Orders ship with a Certificate of Authenticity available upon request. You can also contact us directly and we'll provide documentation of our licensing agreements for any brand you're purchasing.
What's the difference between licensed and unlicensed decals?
Licensed decals use the exact logos, colors, and measurements approved by the vehicle manufacturer. Unlicensed sellers approximate these from photos, resulting in wrong colors, imprecise logos, and materials that may not meet OEM quality standards. Buying unlicensed also carries trademark infringement risk for the consumer in some jurisdictions.
